Great Culture and a Leadership Team that Really Cares - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Level 3 Audiovisual Employee Review

This is a company I truly like working for. The people are one of the biggest strengths—my coworkers are knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to work with. The company is growing quickly, which makes it an exciting place to be.

None that I can think of.

The company has a really supportive culture when it comes to growing and improving in your career. It seems like everyone has a really great work/life balance and it is super encouraging to see that across the team. There was not any micro-managing, over your shoulder type leadership. I think they hire great people and trust them to get their jobs done.

There wasn't any tangible or financial reward for all of the improvement and growth I was encouraged towards and ultimately achieved on a regular basis. I received great reviews frequently, but when I asked for any sort of salary raise, 1.15% after year 2 was all that could be mustered over the course of several years. I got drastically better at my job and was not being paid any more than when I started.
