Worst job - Manager Levi Strauss Employee Review

My manager is the worst manager I have ever had the displeasure of working for. She doesn’t teach employees, she shames and scolds. She doesn’t encourage, she scares and harasses. Most of the girls that work in the store are 19-24 years old, and our manager doesn’t understand that this is a part time job for them and gets offended when they can’t work because of school. It’s so hard to be middle management under a leader I cannot support or even be inspired by. I’m terrified to go into work everyday because we never know what mood she will be in. It’s a nightmare working here.
