The Devil Wears Levi’s - Sales Associate Levi Strauss Employee Review

Working with the sales associates was the highlight of my experience — they’re friendly, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Unfortunately, management creates a very toxic environment. Confidential matters are often shared inappropriately, and there’s a tendency to single out individuals, making work unnecessarily stressful. Leadership is disorganised, unprofessional, and lacks respect for staff. Gossip and poor communication are common. My advice: the team itself is wonderful, but unless major management changes occur, it’s best to look elsewhere.
