Levi's offers a lot of perks. They have a beautiful headquarters, they are an iconic American heritage brand, and an enormous customer base.
Cons
The management is constantly shifting, positions being absorbed and the women's department has struggled with their brand identity over the years. Expectations are high to meet deadlines and personal time is compromised often.
