      Pros

      The jeans are definitely amazing. Some of the management team are great and my coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Leaders don't really show themselves as role models. They are way too engaged socially with their fellow managers which makes everyone think it's okay to do it. And a big problem "FAVORITISM"
