Pros
Great people and the company is very involved in community service and giving back. Casual workplace/dress code. The company is really into making you feel like you are part of the brand. New training is streamlining company.
Cons
There is little room for advancement. Upper management doesn't seem to have a clear strategy for where the company is going. They are focused on opening stores but current stores don't even have technology to process debit cards. So many things is very unorganized. Also they push hiring more people but don't give enough payroll to even make those already employed enough hours so the turnover rate is increasing. Oh and benefits are only given to FT supervisors even though most PT supervisors work full time hours.
