The whole company seems to be going through a lot of change, I would say that organization on the whole is not very good and the office space needs improvement, especially considering that it was a space for designers. There seems to be dissatisfaction within the company because it is hard to move up within the company. They recently hired a new CEO and president and I am confident that the business will improve with them.
