Pros
Company stands behind vision and core values. No one is telling you it works when it doesn't and there is room for discussion and discourse. You feel like you are truly in the sane boat as everyone else in field.
Cons
Antiquated pos/reporting. Extremely poor bonus structure/below industry standards. Lack of development from SM role to anything else.
