Pros
Great ethics as a company. Community involvement is encouraged, and we're progressive in our "green" efforts. Levi's is a historical brand with great roots and bragging rights. There's always something to learn, and employees feel "cool" for working here rather than at our competitors. There is always a very quick response to feedback from stores. It feels like we're working for a mom-and-pop shop with the family atmosphere that is created.
Cons
There have been a lot of changes within the company recently: going global, leadership changes, job cuts, store closings, and a bigger emphasis on e-commerce. Outlet stores are popping up everywhere while mainline stores are being closed due to cost, which is leading to us losing our premium/ denim aficionado customer. We've lost our vintage, orange tab, and our selvedge customer to e-commerce and/or boutiques that sell our Made and Crafted line. There are a few stores that specialize in more premium lines, but they're few and far between.
