Pros

When you have a runway show as part of the quarterly business review, you know it's not your average company. Creative, fast changing environment. Brussels office is international with 30+ nationalities. Work-life balance prioritized with flexible schedules the norm. Discount on the product goes without saying. Leadership seeks to leverage opportunities and avoids the pitfall of blaming external factors for challenging marketplace. Walks the talk on values - example: During a particularly difficult fiscal year, tempting for leadership to cancel community volunteering. Instead, leadership keep the 1 day of paid community volunteerism and celebrated at end with a party thanking employees. It's inspiring to work for a company that proves it's dedication to authenticity.

Cons

Middle management may not have the same leadership quality as senior leaders, resulting in areas of the organization that may feel less inspired. Internal vacancies are not consistency advertised. While some great folks get bigger opportunities to contribute, impression that other promotional decisions are based on politics than merit.
