Bad management - They don't care about you as an individual they will easily replace you with someone else. The managers pretend to be on your side and be your friend then they will write you up for the littlest of mistakes. Extremely dirty/dusty - Most dusty warehouse I have ever worked in and I have worked in a lot in 3 different states. You're literally breathing in tons of dust all day throughout your entire shift. You'll have black boogers and breathing problems that will get worse the longer you work here.
