There are so many ..where do I begin... Out-of-touch management who believe they are still in the 90's when Levi's commanded a premium Shuffling those out-of-touch management types from one assignment to another. Bring in fresh innovative talent and let them disrupt. NO contstraints....I saw incredible new talent seep out of the company..they could not take the layer after layer after layer of approvals necessary to innovate.
