Pros
I worked at the Camarillo store for about a year and a half, and it was a solid job that kept income coming in, and with no scheduling issues. I was able to balance school, working at Levi's Camarillo Outlet, and another job without any problems.
Cons
The management isn't very professional at all, they could use Comms/ Leadership/ Management training for sure - but this isn't a problem unique to Levis.
