      Tremendous focus on product, innovation. Marketing on track and getting better all the time. Great values system. Authentic focus on sustainability, community. Good talent being brought into the company.

      Cons

      Culture is still evolving. There are Stiill employees who want to do things the "way things used to be done" -- but that's getting better. HR needs more attention.
