I should have known my job offer was too good to be true after only 2 rounds of interviews I got a job offer I could not pass up. I was very nervous taking this opportunity coming from tech but I took a chance. BIG MISTAKE! Levi’s provided absolutely no onboarding. The day I arrived my laptop was not ready for 5 hours so they just left me at the IT desk until they figured it out. Should have realized then that IT there was a complete joke! I immediately was thrown in to the swing of things. My boss firing request out at me on day 1! Day 1! Not only my boss but people in his team! Like I had 15 emails saying welcome! can you do this? Like are you kidding me! day 1? Things only got worse when my boss would start asking me to do personal things for him and his family outside of work. Pay his bills, book doctors appts, hire a chef and maid. Like what??? When I complained to HR they acted shocked but nothing was done about my boss continued with the personal request. As I started putting up boundaries he pushed even harder !! He started calling my personal cell all hours early am and pm about anything that came to his mind! I went out of town for my first vacation and when I got back I was let go because he needs more dedicated support ! What ?! The place is very old school, no systems or modern tools. Literally noone used teams email only (weird). IT is a joke and takes a week to get anything accomplished. Weird old out dated environement. No wonder Levi’s had its peek many years ago. If you are young and used to an organized work environment with tools and systems in place do not work here ! I repeat do not work here!
