Pros
-Great Benefits that covered standard checkups as well mental health, dental and vision contributions were pretty cheap
Cons
-Terrible HR department that was only interested in covering up problems and gaslighting employees that complained in several situations I saw over my years there. -Completely arbitrary pay scale. With the team I helped manage, employees who had been there for years would ask for and be denied raises and never offered promotions while new employees with little to no experience in their position would be hired for anywhere from $3-15k more. I even had one male employee who I later found out was hired to make more than me even though I was his manager and when I had previously asked for a raise to meet the market rate I was denied just a few months prior. -Toxic Management. Over the last two years the employee turnover we had was quite high because everything came down to how we were doing compared to our pre-pandemic numbers. The negativity regarding our output was constant and often used as justification for why our annual raises were as minimal as possible.
