Pros
Compensation is good compared to other retail companies of similar volume. Discount is generous. Also, you get to wear Levi's to work!
Cons
Onboarding is practically nonexistent. I received 4 days of basic training, and was thrown to the wolves. Also, don't expect any recognition whatsoever. It doesn't matter if you are up double digits to last year, or if all of your KPIs are at or above company average...you will constantly be told "you're not doing enough." I have been through 3 district managers in only 6 months, which should tell you a little bit about upper management. I also noticed that when I was at the Store Manager Conference, the VP of Retail said "More than half of the Store Managers in this room are new to the company."...Now I see why.
