Pros
Co-workers are amazing and everyone is very friendly. Perks are decent (free coffee and tea, nice kitchen space, subsidized gym membership, good matching retirement, semiannual sample sale).
Cons
Organizational change happens quickly and frequently. Sometimes the changes are so frequent that it's difficult to understand and execute new expectations before they change again.
