Pros
International company with great values. Encouraged diversity among employees and well being of staff. Good bonuses when budget was reached. Great colleagues and managers.
Cons
To much was decided from the HQ, there was little room for initiatives from staff and creativity in the store. Individual sales goals made it a bit competitive and sometimes created a dull working climate.
