Great community of people, a well of people resources. Great 401K match, stock plan, medical plans, etc.
Cons
Lackluster management within many departments. Some managers fail to recognize that no one is managed the same. I believe they will be eliminating the last Friday of the month after June/July 2024. Aside from that depending on the department you work in, very little work/life balance. Major layoffs with very little thought or consideration of the workload left on those who remain to make up for the already short staffed teams. Few opportunities for lateral moves within, and as much as they claim to support your career growth goal very few people are actually invested in supporting you on that journey. Some leaders of course are exceptions.
