Horrible, Prison-like Atmosphere (Levi's Outlet) - Sales Associate Levi Strauss Employee Review

It feels like prison. Only expect 5-10 customers all day (if that). Head office are watching the associated on cameras at all times, and you are NEVER to be standing around doing nothing.. no leaning, no talking, and especially no checking your phone, even though you haven't seen a customer in 6 hours and the store looks perfect. You also aren't allowed to eat in the store, and the breaks are not legal or accurate. Pay is minimal for the work that you are expected to do.
