Pros
I was free to work in a way that was more efficient for me. They went out of their way to do fun things for employees around the holidays. Like certificates during Christmas, a pie to take home during Thanksgiving. Things like that.
Cons
The management would enforce rules that suited them and made some rules up as they went along for their benefit. They have absolutely no regard for their employees. Very prejudice, not towards race but towards personality. I never missed a day, never showed up late, I did have to leave early one time, I would provide work that exceeded their expectations but because I wore a hat with cat ears on it in the wintertime my boss told me not to wear it. I said it didn't go against dress code her response was " I don't care. I don't like it. I never had to deal with an employee as weird as you and I never met anyone that identified as a cat before." I don't. That is a very odd assumption to make based on a hat. I was targeted and borderline bullied ever since then. It got to the point I had coworkers go to HR on my behalf on their own will without me encouraging them to. Aside from my personal matters. You can be a great employee for an extended period of time and after one minor mistake you can be out the door. I saw someone else get fired because she left work early after finding out her daughter was in the hospital. I saw someone else get wrote up because her kids daycare tried reaching her multiple times and she called them back. In the course of my 8 months their I could give countless examples of their disgusting behaviors.
