Pros
Much of the work is not super taxing/difficult. 9-5. Steady job company has been around forever and isn't going anywhere.
Cons
Directors often do too much and can be difficult to consult when there are issues. They are almost too involved in everything and often feel as though they are hindering progress because they cannot devote enough time to any one thing.
