      Plenty of interesting projects. Advancement opportunities if you work hard and deliver on projects Management cares. There is enough flexibility to balance the needs of the employees and company You get to see your work in Home Depot and people's homes. That's gratifying

      Not enough resources to do everything that's required. It's a challenge everywhere

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
