Pros

Very family oriented. Works with me around my husband's travel schedule and children's needs. Supportive and compassionate during the death of my mother as well. QA support and feedback is wonderful. Keeps us very informed on open roles for advancement.

Cons

Miss being in an office setting.

Pros

Was a great company before the merge with the global partner but now you're nothing but a number.

Cons

Low work volumes and they are completely unstable. No care at all about employees well being, direction or needs. Zero upward pay mobility. It goes years at the same pay rate.
