Pros
They try to work with your situation. They pay very well and they try to keep their pay above other companies of a similar nature. Their pre-school is the best, and lots of people keep their jobs at the hospital just because they have the pre-school on site.
Cons
Dead beat employees were not repremanded. Those that worked hard often had to pick up the slack of those who were lazy.
