Pros

Good team work among my coworkers. Most of the staff from other departments worked well with my department. My department manager was helpful and pleasant to work with. Most of the Physicians I worked with were good to work with and cared about the patients. The education department knew what they were doing and provided useful classes.

Cons

The number of nurses aides was reduced based on patient load. Safety issues and concerns took a while to get addressed and resolved so they wouldn't happen again. Often the only time something was done quickly to resolve the issue was when someone could die or be seriously injured because of the issue. Hospital resources seemed to be limited especially after 5 PM on weekdays and on weekend or holidays. As the hospital is growing they need to make those resources available 24/7 instead of making people be called in from home to do routine tests on patients.
