Pros

I loved the Culture at Lexington and all of my coworkers. Most managers seemed easy to work with and the orientation process is phenomenal. The Lexington Medical Center Foundation is also a plus to the hospital - they give back in so many ways to their employees and the community. They offer Tuition reimbursement, state retirement, and great benefit packages

Cons

With a 4 year degree in Exercise Science I only started out making $17 an hour as an exercise physiologist which is close to what someone at Target who may not even have a high school diploma makes. Also I was hired as "PRN" but actually worked part-time if not more (25 hrs +/week) so that they didn't have to offer me benefits.
