Twelve hour shifts, great benefits, good pay, and plenty of hours to pick up.
Cons
PRN doesn't qualify for benefits or holiday pay, only 3 holidays qualify for holiday pay, you are assigned mandatory holidays of you're full time, and team work between nurses and CNAs can be a challenge (depending on the nurse).
