Pay Scale - Registered Medical Assistant Lexington Health Employee Review

I feel like RMA is under paid and utilized like a nurse. There are fine lines, especially within an office environment, that shouldn't be crossed. If departments utilize their MOTs like nurses they should be paid a little more.
