Terribly Run Company - Business Office Associate Lexington Health Employee Review

The HR department was a joke. They did not take any of their employees seriously. In the year and a half that I was there, we had 18 people quit due to poor management of our office and their concerns not being heard by anyone, including HR. I once went to my bosses boss to voice my concerns and she seemed extremely understanding and even encouraged me to apply for a position within the company that she said she thought I would excel in. She also told me she would put in a good word for me. I ended up finding out from my boss that her boss, the one I met with, told her everything I said and then told the hiring employer of the position she encouraged me to apply for, not to hire me.
