Pros
i have had the best co-workers, and i really believe it's like family away from home, we do a great job working with each other , but like family there is forgiveness when we don't always agree. the lmc family sticks together in times of crisis patient and personal.
Cons
there are no real downsides to working at lmc, some days are tougher than other just like any other job but every day changes what tough one day the next isn't.
