The higher ups have no clue as to how understaffed this hospital is or maybe they do. The people that have a work ethic do most of the work and get piled on with more. The others just do the minimum and everyone is Ok with it. If you have an issue and go to HR regarding it, make sure your immediate boss is not friends with them. They do nothing to support people that go there with issues regarding other employees ie: harassment, toxic environment, bullying
