Not enough staff for the work that has to be done. Toxic work environment because of the leeway supervisor have, a lot of favoritism and lack of support when overload with work. You being monitored when working and told to go help others even if you’re already overloaded with your own work. Some days you end up working alone with no but excepted to do all task assigned before you shift is over. Lastly not enough diversity.
