Pros

Lots of great people below Sr. Management

Cons

Pay is not market (do not listen to HR copypasta about how they do market analysts. Many people are leaving or about to leave due to low pay.) Sr. Leadership states in meetings that they value culture more than pay, and if you don't like your pay then leave. Someone on the meeting asked "what are you going to do when your culture leaves?" and they deleted his comment lol They give employee surveys and never deal with any of the issues the employees bring up. In fact, one of the questions on the survey is "do you feel like anything has been done to fix the issues" and the answer is always NO. Technology is smoke and mirrors. The amount of band-aid going on is unreal. Sr. Leadership support is non-existent. No cohesive vision. Zero ability to move up.

Pros

The company has a strong market position and the work is genuinely meaningful. The data and risk solutions space is interesting and the business has real substance behind it. Colleagues are generally knowledgeable and willing to help when you can find the right people.

Cons

Onboarding is largely sink-or-swim. New hires inherit work in progress without adequate context, documentation, or ramp-up support. Access to the tools, data, and systems you need to do your job can take weeks to materialize, which puts you behind before you even get started. There’s an expectation of immediate execution without the infrastructure to support it, and little formal process for how campaigns or projects are handed off.
