      Allow oppurtunity to grow and learn technically. Salary and benefit is reasonable. Experience lime business and process. Project management skill can be improve by involvement in project or CAPEX. Allow to take responsibility by line manager.

      Cons

      Currently, no rigid system that can help on performing the task. Work politic is reasonable. Some manager doesnt do thier task/job up to the standard that allow to work efficiently.
