- Salary plus overtime position - Not a hard or physically taxing job at all

- rotating 12 hour shifts - Not a lot of position development (Likely as high as you'll get in this company from this position) - a lot of sitting - The only promotional position (the supervisor) actually results in a pay cut because of the loss of the salary plus distinction. - Work life balance is non existent
