They play favoritism, make you stay later than need be because other drivers work slower knowing they do it, and when you seek help from higher up, they always side with the manager knowing he was wrong. I have video footage and the EEOC and my attorney is going to have a ball. They literally said it is not about being fair, it's about getting the job done regardless of mistreatments! If you don't have vacation available they won't give you time off. No type of work/life balance and they don't care about their employees, RUN TO ANY JOB BUT THIS ONE!!
