Competitive and complete salary package. Nice working environment. Has been able to take on new challenges and can put the means on the table when needed
Cons
Somewhat complacent. Change is difficult to instill and as the company is quite succesful it is afraid (of itself) to embrace the future challenges fully and rapidly.
