(Which is certainly good to win in agility and effectivness, but not for people in the short term). No agility, no creativity yet. Low customer-oriented approach Vs. strong personal interest and poor cohesion. Small area left to personal initiative and empowerment. Exiting when you are senior. Boring when you have things to learn.
