Lhoist is a family owned company, led by invisible members that see workers as numbers. During my time in the HQ, I saw tens of people being fired on the day, for no understandable reasons. If one wants to stay there, they have to be as quiet as possible and never give their opinion. Non-flexible working hours/conditions. Appearances count more than the actual work you do.
