Cons

As with many advertising and marketing agency, project availability is dependent upon client accounts. Jobs can end abruptly at anytime and teams may be laid off when the client cuts budget or pulls back on projects.

Liaison Creative + Marketing Response

It is challenging that business can be so heavily influenced by the needs of our customers. When a client's needs change, Liaison makes efforts to redistribute work and shuffle team members to various accounts whenever possible. We always try to put the human first and make the best decisions for all parties. I'm sorry that your employment with Liaison ended. We value all our employees so much and that is always a difficult experience. I hope that we were able to do some good things for you while you were here and that the job helped develop your career in a positive direction. We are thankful for your contributions and good luck in your future roles!

I enjoyed working for Liaison. They have a great company culture and benefits. Management treats each employee with respect and is open to hearing feedback for improvement. Coworkers were especially helpful in helping navigate and understanding systems as well.

Pros

I just finished up a 1+ year contract with Liaison, and it was a fantastic experience. I had worked with Liaison in the past as a production designer, and I was excited to hop on board again – this time as a creative project manager. Our clients were wonderful, and this team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Plus, the benefits package was pretty darn great. I am so grateful for Dave Claunch, Scott Huber, and the rest of the Liaison team. If you get an opportunity to work with Liaison, DO IT! I loved my experience, and I hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Cons

The only sadness I have is the contract not being extended. That was definitely NOT Liaison's fault. But it was definitely bittersweet seeing this rebrand come to an end, and having to say goodbye to a fantastic team.
