Pros
Liaison has great culture and mission, management, pay and benefits. I work in the main office with HR and Recruiting, so I'm a little biased, since I have a day-to-day functional stake in our reputation as an employer of choice. I am consistently impressed by the balance my managers are able to strike between operational agility and business stability. Our success is mainly driven, however, by the talent and hard work of the exceptional teams we've built and maintain to work onsite for our corporate clients. I get to work with creative and fun colleagues, serve clients at some of the premier tech and marketing firms in Austin, earn excellent pay and benefits, and get great perks like parties, small-scale training, a nice office and flexibility.
Cons
We're easily misunderstood due to our unique business model. Some folks will be disappointed or frustrated that we do not meet pre-conceived notions of what a staffing firm should do. But we're not a staffing firm, so it's really a question of communication in my opinion.
