Pros

Friendly, helpful, intelligent staff; good benefits; awesome office parties (more awesome than you can probably imagine if you've only worked in "normal" offices)! Definitely have the best senior management of any company I've worked for--they somehow manage to avoid the cluelessness/distance of most upper management at larger companies. Their small size likely helps with this.

I enjoyed working for Liaison. They have a great company culture and benefits. Management treats each employee with respect and is open to hearing feedback for improvement. Coworkers were especially helpful in helping navigate and understanding systems as well.

I just finished up a 1+ year contract with Liaison, and it was a fantastic experience. I had worked with Liaison in the past as a production designer, and I was excited to hop on board again – this time as a creative project manager. Our clients were wonderful, and this team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Plus, the benefits package was pretty darn great. I am so grateful for Dave Claunch, Scott Huber, and the rest of the Liaison team. If you get an opportunity to work with Liaison, DO IT! I loved my experience, and I hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Cons

The only sadness I have is the contract not being extended. That was definitely NOT Liaison's fault. But it was definitely bittersweet seeing this rebrand come to an end, and having to say goodbye to a fantastic team.
