Pros

It has been a sincere pleasure and a breath of fresh air working for Liaison. Each and every staff member is professional, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to their job ensuring that each employee is content. Any time that I’ve had a question, they are quick to follow up and make sure I get it answered. If they do not know the answer, the will go the extra mile to find out and get back in a timely manner. Liaison’s benefits are outstanding. They fight for us to have the lowest rates possible despite all the flurry that is going on with healthcare at this time. They also provide an excellent 401k plan and for the first time feel as if I am getting somewhere being able to contribute to my future.

Cons

There are no yearly reviews to let you know how you’re doing or what you can improve on. There are no cost of living increases or yearly bump in salaries. In order to be considered for a higher compensation, you need to request it as well as fill out a review form by you and your manager.

I enjoyed working for Liaison. They have a great company culture and benefits. Management treats each employee with respect and is open to hearing feedback for improvement. Coworkers were especially helpful in helping navigate and understanding systems as well.

I just finished up a 1+ year contract with Liaison, and it was a fantastic experience. I had worked with Liaison in the past as a production designer, and I was excited to hop on board again – this time as a creative project manager. Our clients were wonderful, and this team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Plus, the benefits package was pretty darn great. I am so grateful for Dave Claunch, Scott Huber, and the rest of the Liaison team. If you get an opportunity to work with Liaison, DO IT! I loved my experience, and I hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Cons

The only sadness I have is the contract not being extended. That was definitely NOT Liaison's fault. But it was definitely bittersweet seeing this rebrand come to an end, and having to say goodbye to a fantastic team.
