Cons

Family Insurance is terribly expensive and not very good. Intranet and tools to check pay and submit time off are outdated and unintuitive. Hiring process can be a bit bumpy and take a long time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are currently in the process of benefits renewal and based on the feedback we've heard from yourself and others we are looking at different plans to try to offer some new options. No matter which company or plan we use for benefits, health insurance is just extremely expensive these days. We plan to keep paying for our employee's coverage in hopes it helps offset the cost for employees that add family members. If you have time for a conversation about what you want in a health plan, it would help HR tailor the plans we offer to what our employee's need. We invite your input. I enjoyed working for Liaison. They have a great company culture and benefits. Management treats each employee with respect and is open to hearing feedback for improvement. Coworkers were especially helpful in helping navigate and understanding systems as well.

Cons

Pros

I just finished up a 1+ year contract with Liaison, and it was a fantastic experience. I had worked with Liaison in the past as a production designer, and I was excited to hop on board again – this time as a creative project manager. Our clients were wonderful, and this team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Plus, the benefits package was pretty darn great. I am so grateful for Dave Claunch, Scott Huber, and the rest of the Liaison team. If you get an opportunity to work with Liaison, DO IT! I loved my experience, and I hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Cons

The only sadness I have is the contract not being extended. That was definitely NOT Liaison's fault. But it was definitely bittersweet seeing this rebrand come to an end, and having to say goodbye to a fantastic team.
