Pros

Great benefits (they pay all medical & dental), understanding people, they seem to hire only quality people to do "in-sourcing" work

Cons

Limited career advancement (nature of being a "contractor"), hard to negotiate higher pay, vacation/time off model is antiquated - when you are allowed to work from home frequently, especially when sick, then sick time off becomes irrelevant (would rather see paid time off as a whole)

I enjoyed working for Liaison. They have a great company culture and benefits. Management treats each employee with respect and is open to hearing feedback for improvement. Coworkers were especially helpful in helping navigate and understanding systems as well.

Pros

I just finished up a 1+ year contract with Liaison, and it was a fantastic experience. I had worked with Liaison in the past as a production designer, and I was excited to hop on board again – this time as a creative project manager. Our clients were wonderful, and this team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Plus, the benefits package was pretty darn great. I am so grateful for Dave Claunch, Scott Huber, and the rest of the Liaison team. If you get an opportunity to work with Liaison, DO IT! I loved my experience, and I hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Cons

The only sadness I have is the contract not being extended. That was definitely NOT Liaison's fault. But it was definitely bittersweet seeing this rebrand come to an end, and having to say goodbye to a fantastic team.
