The recruitment process was thorough, but very reasonable and empathetic.

Cons

They pawn you off as a contingent employee and do not follow up or check in with you. After a horrible cyber-bullying experience with my supervisor at the company I was designated to, Liaison simply left me out to dry and flat out said I was lying.

I take bullying very seriously and believe I would remember this issue if it had been brought to my attention. With people generally being quick to anger these days, I pride myself on my continued sense of empathy. I find it to be critical to success in my role. I enjoyed working for Liaison. They have a great company culture and benefits. Management treats each employee with respect and is open to hearing feedback for improvement. Coworkers were especially helpful in helping navigate and understanding systems as well.

Cons

Pros

I just finished up a 1+ year contract with Liaison, and it was a fantastic experience. I had worked with Liaison in the past as a production designer, and I was excited to hop on board again – this time as a creative project manager. Our clients were wonderful, and this team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Plus, the benefits package was pretty darn great. I am so grateful for Dave Claunch, Scott Huber, and the rest of the Liaison team. If you get an opportunity to work with Liaison, DO IT! I loved my experience, and I hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Cons

The only sadness I have is the contract not being extended. That was definitely NOT Liaison's fault. But it was definitely bittersweet seeing this rebrand come to an end, and having to say goodbye to a fantastic team.
