Liaison has a relaxed, creative and professional environment. I have a flexible schedule and awesome work/life balance. I love working for such a progressive and dynamic company. I've worked at HQ for 15 years and my career is exactly where I want it to be. Competitive benefits offered.

Cons

Having employees spread out all over Austin makes it difficult to know all of the Liaison team, but frequent get-togethers help in this area.

I enjoyed working for Liaison. They have a great company culture and benefits. Management treats each employee with respect and is open to hearing feedback for improvement. Coworkers were especially helpful in helping navigate and understanding systems as well.

I just finished up a 1+ year contract with Liaison, and it was a fantastic experience. I had worked with Liaison in the past as a production designer, and I was excited to hop on board again – this time as a creative project manager. Our clients were wonderful, and this team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Plus, the benefits package was pretty darn great. I am so grateful for Dave Claunch, Scott Huber, and the rest of the Liaison team. If you get an opportunity to work with Liaison, DO IT! I loved my experience, and I hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Cons

The only sadness I have is the contract not being extended. That was definitely NOT Liaison's fault. But it was definitely bittersweet seeing this rebrand come to an end, and having to say goodbye to a fantastic team.
