Pros

Liaison Resources was great to work with. They are an extremely professional team with clearly laid out policies and procedures and some great benefits like 401-K, paid time off and healthcare. Their interviewing process is very meticulous and detail oriented; matching your skill-set with the positions that they have available. Also, they are very assertive in helping to advance your profile with their clients if you are the right candidate for a position. Everyone on the team is very friendly and is always available in case you have any questions or concerns. Additionally, they were very supportive in helping me transition to a permanent full-time position that the client offered me at the end of the contract.

Cons

My experience with Liaison was great in all aspects so there isn’t really anything to add here.

I enjoyed working for Liaison. They have a great company culture and benefits. Management treats each employee with respect and is open to hearing feedback for improvement. Coworkers were especially helpful in helping navigate and understanding systems as well.

Pros

I just finished up a 1+ year contract with Liaison, and it was a fantastic experience. I had worked with Liaison in the past as a production designer, and I was excited to hop on board again – this time as a creative project manager. Our clients were wonderful, and this team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Plus, the benefits package was pretty darn great. I am so grateful for Dave Claunch, Scott Huber, and the rest of the Liaison team. If you get an opportunity to work with Liaison, DO IT! I loved my experience, and I hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Cons

The only sadness I have is the contract not being extended. That was definitely NOT Liaison's fault. But it was definitely bittersweet seeing this rebrand come to an end, and having to say goodbye to a fantastic team.
